Claimspindle helps customers understand the reason given for an insurance denial, gather and organize relevant supporting records, and prepare and submit an appeal. Patients and small medical practices use the same public appeal support request form.

Appeal rights and outcomes

Appeal rights and required steps depend on the plan and case. Claimspindle does not determine which appeal rights apply or guarantee an outcome. The insurer or plan makes its coverage decision.
